Author
Like most chefs, Nick prefers cooking and communicating verbally to sitting down to write a book. Luckily for us, he’s managed to sit down long enough to get his message across, about great food, great produce and great recipes, in more than ten exclusive cookery books, and has made contributions to many more. His books range from his first, Wild Harvest, back in 1996 through his very popular New Scottish Cookery in 2002, up to the indispensable Cook School Cookbook. He has also written countless newspaper and magazine columns, articles and opinion pieces, and is regularly called upon to comment in the UK and Scottish press.
