Nick’s teaching skills are on show in so much of his work, from showing children at the local primary school how to make proper pesto to teaching master classes at the Nick Nairn Cook School. Over the years he has inspired hordes of cooks of all abilities with his easy, entertaining manner not to mention brilliant cooking skills. It’s true to say that he finds it hard not to pass on words of wisdom wherever cooking is concerned.
